Hurricane Update

Friday, August 29th, 2008

I just wanted to update everyone as to what will be going on with my family and I over the next few days for anyone wanting to book appointments, pick up or order photos.  I will be in Morgan City for most of the day tomorrow, so if there is an order that you would like to pick up, you can do so at that time.  We’ll be leaving the city tomorrow evening and heading whichever direction seems safest.  I will be reachable by cell phone and likely will have internet access, but will not be placing any orders or booking new appointments until at least Wednesday of next week.

I hope you and all of your family members stay safe and I’ll update in a few days!

Miss Harleigh

Thursday, August 28th, 2008

My final Fresh Face model and she knew what she was doing!  Miss Harleigh had her own ideas for posing and she had some attitude to go with it!  I had a great time and it was great meeting you and your mom!  Enjoy the photos!

Brittany - Senior Rep #3

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

Brittany is another of my Senior reps and we just completed her summer mini-session.  It was another perfect weather day, the wind working with us in most cases!  I still have to get some rep cards designed for her, but I wanted to put up the sneak peek so they could see them!

Three Year Old Hayden

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

Hayden is the son of an old high school aquaintance, who happens to be just 2 months older than my own Hayden.  I met up with him and his parents while visiting the Northshore last weekend and was able to take some three year old shots of him.  He was so cute and talkative and had the cutest little smile!

Sweet Tiny Newborn

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

This is my newest cousin, teeny little 5lb 12oz Halle.  She was born last Tuesday and was only 4 days old when I got to photograph her.  She did pretty well, sleeping almost the whole time and only fussing when I starting to take her onesie off.  Enjoy the sweetness!

Product Showcase - Standout Mount

Monday, August 25th, 2008

The standout mounted storyboards are a great way to showcase your custom storyboards.  They are 3/4″ thick and feature a hard, black plastic edge and finished back with holes for mounting.  They are also thick enough to be free standing on a shelf or mantle.  The standout mounted storyboards are lightweight, but very sturdy.  Any storyboard sized 11×14 or larger can be standout mounted for an additional $50.00.

New Product - Gallery Wrapped Canvas

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

I’ve finally gotten around to ordering a gallery wrapped canvas and I have to say, I LOVE it and I think I’m hooked!  I want these all over my house!

This is a 16×20 canvas of my son.  A similar sized canvas would be $275.00.  The rest of the prices are listed below.  The size groups will allow you to choose a size that would best work with your photo to avoid awkward cropping as well as to best suite your needs.  Each canvas comes gallery-wrapped with finished backs and hanging hardware.  Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Small canvas (16×16, 16×20) - $275
Medium canvas (16×24, 20×20, 20×24) - $375
Large canvas (20×30, 24×24, 24×30) - $475

Update on Promotions

Wednesday, August 20th, 2008

I just wanted to thank everyone who has contacted me regarding my Fresh Faces and Senior Rep campaigns.  I’ve now filled all available spots for both promotions, so thanks to all who were interested!  I’m currently out of town until the end of the week, but have several sessions coming up, so the blog will be busy!  I’m also working out some details for my holiday promotions and schedule.  I plan to start scheduling holiday sessions sometime next month (September) so be sure to keep an eye on the blog so that you can be one of the first to sign up!

2 Cute Brothers

Sunday, August 17th, 2008

These two precious brothers just moved here less than a week ago.  I was so excited to take some pictures of them!  You could just tell how much they loved each other and were both so much fun.  Blake, the older brother, told me some great knock knock jokes and Leo was just full of smiles, both of them were too cute!

Two Year Old Hannah

Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

I’ve photographed Miss Hannah a few times before and was amazed by how much she’s grown and changed since last year!  She’s now 2 years old and quite a character!  She knows exactly what she wants and picked out most of the props and poses in these photos herself!
