Emelyn Jane was born at 10:11am on Thursday, October 23 - 7lbs 2oz, 20 inches long. We’re all doing well, after a short few days in the hospital for jaundice. We couldn’t be happier with our perfect little girl! Here are a few newborn portraits I took of her yesterday:
This is my newest cousin, teeny little 5lb 12oz Halle. She was born last Tuesday and was only 4 days old when I got to photograph her. She did pretty well, sleeping almost the whole time and only fussing when I starting to take her onesie off. Enjoy the sweetness!

Well, its time to meet little Logan! He’s the little newborn I posted a few pictures of last night, but I just can’t resist posting a few more! He’s just too cute, not to post! I’ll try not to post photos that I posted already!
So, I should definitely be working on other things right now, but I couldn’t help but take a look at the newborn shots I took tonight. This little guy was such an amazing model! He slept soundly the whole time, stayed in whatever positions we placed him and didn’t have any accidents on my blankets! I even got to test out one of my new baby cocoons (handmade by myself)! Here are just a few of the shots, I’ll post more once I have them all edited.
