Holiday Portraits

This year I am offering 2 days of mini-sessions for those that would like to get family portraits taken for holiday cards. The sessions will be 30 minutes long and can include up to 5 people. All sessions will be on-location at a beautiful, pre-selected local spot. Locations will be announced closer to session dates, but will likely be Lake End Park or Brownell Memorial Park.

Mini-Session Fee: $100.00

This includes:

30 minute session for up to 5 people ($10 per additional person)
10-15 black and white proofs
Personalized holiday card design (available in 4×8, 4×6 or 5×7) - design will be given to you as a high-resolution file on a CD that you can have printed at the location of your choide)
1 8×10
2 5×7

(Package is valued at $175.00)

A few sample card designs can be seen here. More will be available in the coming months.

The dates and times for sessions are as follows:

Saturday, November 22 from 9am - 5pm
Sunday, December 7 from 9am - 5pm

If you are interested in booking a holiday mini-session, please contact me to reserve your spot as soon as possible. A $50.00 deposit is required in order to hold your reservation. The remaining $50.00 will be due the day of your session.

Introducing Emelyn Jane!

Emelyn Jane was born at 10:11am on Thursday, October 23 - 7lbs 2oz, 20 inches long. We’re all doing well, after a short few days in the hospital for jaundice. We couldn’t be happier with our perfect little girl! Here are a few newborn portraits I took of her yesterday:

Maternity Leave

Elizabeth is a Senior, graduating in just a couple of months (congrats!) We met last week to take some Senior portraits at her dad’s camp as well as on Front Street. The location was beautiful and I really enjoyed working with Elizabeth - you were a breeze to photograph! I hope you enjoy your preview

Growing Up Grant

Waaaayyy back in January, I met this little guy when he was just 8 weeks old:

He didn’t make a peep the whole session until this:

Now, almost 10 months later, Grant is already toddling around all over the place! He was still a pretty good subject (though he didn’t like all the wardrobe changes too much!)

Early Senior Special

With the holidays quickly approaching, before you know it, Seniors, it will be Spring and you’ll be overwhelmed by all the things you’ll have to get done. Why wait until then to schedule your Senior portraits, only to add one more “TO DO” on your list?

Any Senior that calls to schedule their Senior portraits before October 31 and puts down a $50.00 on that session will receive a free 8×10 of their choice. The session can be scheduled for anytime between now and May 2009.

Another look back … Elliott

And now, Elliott is a year old! Still a pretty serious little guy, but we did manage to get a few squishy smiles out of him! Don’t you just want to squeeze those chunky cheeks??

Little Logan

Remember this sweet little guy?

Well, baby Logan is now 5 months old and so cute! He was such a great little subject, giving us lots of smiles. He was so observant and curious about everything. He loved all my fuzzy rugs and blankets! I can’t believe how much he’s grown and I was so happy to get to see him again!

You can see I’m such a sucker for black & white baby photographs … I try to include color ones, too, on my blog, though!
