I got to spend not just one day with Ms. Libby and her family, but 2! Libby and her mommy stood in a wedding that I shot on a Friday night in Lafayette and we met for their family session the next morning. Libby made such a pretty little flower girl, you’ll see some of those photos soon enough! But here she is with her mommy and daddy, who clearly adore her! It was sweltering hot on this July morning, but they were all troopers!

Another fun family shoot, this time with some really cute kiddos! Brianna contacted me a few weeks ago to meet up with her and her extended family – grandparents (Noni and Papa, did I get that right?), mom, brother, aunt uncle, cousin, husband and her own precious little girl. We had a perfect morning and took tons of photos of all the different families who got together right before Noni and Papa flew back to Canada. They are definitely lucky grandparents who have 3 beautiful grandchildren and a precious great-granddaughter. Brianna – it was so nice to meet your family, I hope you all enjoy the pictures!

I really enjoyed meeting and photographing this family, it was like hanging out with them. They were just so nice and laid back, you could really feel the love they genuinely have for each other. It seemed like the clouds followed me from Morgan City, so we were rushing a bit, hearing thunder approaching in the background. We were able to quickly get what we needed, though! I hope you guys enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them! Tori – I’m looking forward to seeing you for your Senior portraits soon!
